Indicate your intent to purchase a
Choose Life specialty plate

You can specify your intent to purchase a Choose Life specialty plate to help establish the minimum 850 orders needed before the Secretary of State's office would begin production of Choose Life plates. However, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals ruling against Choose Life plates in November 2008 overruled the 01/19/07 Federal Court decision requiring the option of Choose Life plates, so efforts must begin again to obtain the Choose Life plate in Illinois.

Order a Choose Life plate holder

You can support this effort financially by purchasing one or more Choose Life license plate holders. These holders are anodized black metal with polyurethane covering the logo and lettering for long life. A tax deductible donation of $20 is requested for each license plate holder. Please print the plate holder order form, complete it, and mail it with your check to the address shown on the form.

Write a letter to the editor

You can encourage your community to support the effort to establish Choose Life license plates by writing a letter to the editor of your local newspaper.
